Auditions part 2

July 6, 2009 · Leave a Comment

We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the auditions. I hope we walk away from this with our cast pretty much complete. We don’t have anyone to play the part of Summer’s mother yet, and have ran into a problem with the gentleman that was going to be Cory’s father. I’m sure the right people will cross our path for these two parts soon.

Things are moving right along

June 19, 2009 · Leave a Comment

Our auditions slots are filling up quickly, we even have some bikers coming to read for the parts of Coke Machine and Tattoo Todd, (one even has movie experience). I have found a volleyball court that will allow our bikers to ’steal’ the net for the kidnapping scene. It’s at a Methodist Youth Camp. Please forgive me lord (ha ha). I can’t believe the great people we are finding to get involved with this project.

Bikers on board

May 26, 2009 · Leave a Comment

We have found a Coke Machine that lives in Orlando, actually met him about a year ago but wasn’t sure he would be interested. He might be our guy. Also we have a great lead on a Tattoo Todd. He is the front man of a local rock band so he shouldn’t have a problem learning lines. Plus we may have another band to use as part of the sound track. We are no longer looking for Summers, we have six very talented young ladies who will be reading for the part.

Two for the crew

May 16, 2009 · Leave a Comment

What a great week! While at a local high school watching a performance by the drama class, we made contact with two young men who are going to a tremendous asset to our production as crew members. We only have a couple of plays left but we are finding some very talented student for our leading roles. No luck with the bikers, yet.

More Movie News

May 6, 2009 · Leave a Comment

Two more of the locations we are needing seem to be coming together for us, Coke Machines house and the Burger Barn. We are also planning to add one or two supporting cast members to our story to give more people an opportunity to be part of our cast. Shaky Camera Productions also seems to have all of the equipment needed now in place, lighting, camera, monitor ect. Still have not began the search for bikers, but we will be soon. We have found a rock band that is going to help with music but hope to get a couple more.  More news later.

Things are taking shape quickly. We have found a house for the Old Livingston House, and have contacted the owners, they would love to be involved with the movie. We have attended several high school plays looking for our two main characters. We are finding a lot of talent in the area. There are several other play coming up we are going to attend. Looking for bikers that can act will be our next challenge. Also looking for local bands with original music for the movie, if you know one have them contact us. Check back soon.
